4. After finishing the Text import setting, each data will be carried in a separate cell. In addition you may now save the data in an Excel formatted file.

Editing/ deleting the imported data

You may edit or delete the imported data if necessary in the program. To edit the data:

1. Highlight the particular data row.

2. Move the cursor to point at the figure to be altered and click the left button (of the mouse) three times consecutively. The figure will be highlighted

and you can enter in a new figure.

You may also delete a particular row of data by first highlighting it and then clicking the “Delete” icon in the menu bar.

Printing the data file

The Data Recorder program enables you to print the data. Click the Print button to print the currently viewed data file.

This figure is highlighted and can be altered
